Risks are minimal, although these will be discussed with you at your appointment. However, it is not uncommon to experience minor side-effects like slight swelling/bruising, as fillers are an injection-based treatment which pierce the facial skin.

You may feel a small pinch or sting, but the cheek filler procedure doesn't usually cause pain.

Cheek filler can last anywhere between 6-12 months.

After treatment with dermal fillers, it is common to experience some swelling slight swelling, and bruising at the site of the injection; this will fade after a few days.It is recommended to avoid excess sun exposure, solariums and saunas for at least one week after your treatment.
